This is going to be difficult to answer as translation is not optimal.
Post screenshots on how you are ingesting the vhs footage.
HD as in hard disk or high definition? I am guessing the first, just to be sure.
HD = Hard Disc, sorry..
I get on " add Medium" and than on "Webcam and WDM"
this works. it opens a window. there i can choose the USB Stick and the audio.
Than i click on the red Buttton to record. Everything is good.
Sometimes i get some parts of the movi in the exact length. but the first part is only 4 seconds recording (in fact it's 8 minutes) and between also some parts only a view seconds... i don't know why?? i don't change anything... ;-(
sometimes the red line is on beginning, sometimes somewhere...
and what are the yellow lines on top on the timeline?
USB devices are a waste of money.
Even if you did get the proper clip length chances are high you run into out of sync problems.
The only way to get your vhs footage properly into Elements is to get a converter from Grass Valley via firewire.
They are not cheap but the best if you value your old vhs stuff.
Afterwards you can put it in ebay.
Thank you. But i dont't think it's a problem of hardware!! Because it works sometimes..
and for me it's absolute enough wirh an USB. I have all not 1 hour VHS material. So i sure not buy another hardware. This is to oversize for me.
Then you are stuck with a device that works sometimes...
Kann man also vergessen...
