Cant download apps

Hi,

recently I bought creative cloud. So  I have successfully downloaded illustrator and photoshop. and im trying to download indesign but im unable to click th install button on any app. its there but when I click nothing happens. can someone assist me with this issue please

restart your computer and see if any of the other install buttons are clickable.
