    can't log in



      I signed up for a new account. And also purchased the one-year membership for photoshop. Unfortunately, after i purchased it i could not sign in my account. I tried different browsers, i tried to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud and then install it again but i could not because i can't sign in. Also i tried the way i press "forgot password" but i didn't receive any emails, not in my inbox nor junk mail. Also, i tried customer services but i did not the answer i need.

      And i have the bill for my purchased product. I know my password i signed up a few days ago, but it keep telling me my password is wrong!

      and now i'm wasting my membership days with nothing and i also got a lot of work that needs to be done.
