I am re-installing programs since upgrading to Win 10. IndDesign will not recognize my previous version of InDesign. I have had this problem before and have the challenge code---- now I need the Support code.
Had to do this before, but that was when you supported this version on the phone.
Hope to get an answer soon. I will leave the window open until I hear back.
You need to contact Adobe directly. Nobody here can help you and you should also note the CS5.5 is unsupported under Windows 10.
