I packaged my indesign book and once it was done the pdf file looked different from the indesing file. The part where both page meet overlap, it wasnt happening before when I previously saved it as a pdf but now it even when I just save it as a pdf it looks liked it has problems with the margins.
try this: go to the the File>Document Setup and reduce your Inside bleed to zero (keep the others to the desired value), export again.
Give it a try and keep us informed.
Do you need inside bleed? In most cases it's not a problem, but for cases like this where you have color breaks at the spine (and do need the bleed for binding) you may need to split the spread and extend the color out at the bleed area: InDesignSecrets » Blog Archive » Breaking Pages Apart to Bleed Off a Spine
Thank you! Was able to fix it
