The apps that should be available to download (through an institutional education license) are not available?

I am trying to install Apps through an institutional educational license, but they appear as trial versions rather than full downloads. I downloaded creative cloud to a different computer last year, but have deleted the downloads there.

Any advice or thoughts???

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account
