    Problem with My Payment on Stock Images


      On Friday, April 29, I was no longer able to purchase and download individual stock images. This occurred after just buying two images already in the same session. Each time I try to purchase the image, or any other image, I get the following message: "There was a problem with your payment. Please try agin later or contact Adobe tech support." I waited 24 hours, but the problem persists. I even logged out, restarted computer, and logged back in. I attempted to change the payment method on the stock plan, but it's stuck on my PayPal method and I see no options that allow me to change to my Visa card instead. Have I maxed out on individual image purchases above my 10 Images Per Month for DPC Members plan??? I have been able to purchase individual images beyond the 10 monthly images until now. Thank you.
