Hi,
I purchased this product awhile back. I installed it on my laptop. Recently I purchased a desktop computer and installed PS13 on that. I ended up returning the computer, and wiped out everything (restored to original). I purchased another desktop and installed PS13. Now it says I have to many activations and need to deactivate one in order to proceed with the new desktop. I only have it on my laptop. When I go into my account online it shows its for multiple computer platform.

You should have deactivated by signing-out from the Help menu in Expert mode. You will need to contact Adobe directly. Click the link below using a browser that accepts cookies and allows popups and ensure you are signed-in with your Adobe ID. Wait for the blue button to appear, and click “Still need help? Contact us” Ignore the suggested links to try, which will take you full circle back to this forum. Go straight to the blue button at the bottom. Wait for the next page to load and click in the white area to start chat.

I'm already doing this. Customer support by chat is awful. The rep is transferring me somewhere else. Worse than a phone call!

It seems to be working now. Thank You! I was disconnected from Chat with Customer care and just gave up on it all. Thanks for handling this.
