I am deciding whether to subscribe to CC at the $9.99 per month level and am concerned about the quality and speed of support. I was disappointed in the quality even when a live person was available by phone. Please weigh in with your experience.
The quality and support are no different. There is an option to access live chat, and there are the forums for support. If you are expecting a higher level of support by switching to the creative cloud subscription plan, you will be disappointed. You can however, obtain good support from the forums as long as you fully describe the problem.
