Exit code 7: installation DF024

Okay, So I have had this problem where i get this error when I try to download any application (e.g. Adobe Lightroom CC (2015)):

I have tried pretty much anything that's said to do and nothing has worked. Please Help.

I have tried pretty much anything that's said to do and nothing has worked. Please Help.

We would request you to restart the machine -->  close all the following process --> clear the content of  %temp% folder and re-initiate the installation.

If that doesn't work, please check: Errors "Exit Code 6" and "Exit Code 7" installing Adobe Creative Cloud, CS6, CS5.5, Premiere Element...  and share the results.
