    CC WONT VALIDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION? ( money has already left my account)

      I have just purchased a one year subscription to cc since my trial had expired and for several days i have not been able to access ANY of the applications, every time i try and open photoshop/ illustrator etc it says my trial has ended and i must purchase a subscription. When i click validate it says i do not have a valid subscription. HOWEVER when i go on the website i can see clearly that i have not only paid for the product but it says it is currently active. I have lost several jobs because of this and am behind on several more. Honestly this is unacceptable and is affecting my career.
