Could you please let me know the version of Lightroom installed on your computer?
Also which operating system are you working on, Windows or MAC?
And what is the extension of the lightroom presets, .lrtemplate?
Im on the latest one, and mac.

Follow these steps:
1. Quit Lightroom and go to Finder
2. Click on Go menu > Choose Go to folder and type ~/library and hit enter
3. Navigate to :Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/Develop Presets/User Presets
4. Copy the .lrtemplate files of those presets here if they are develop presets.
Or, if you have the dmg setup, then you can directly run the setup to install them.
Err, so they're all there.
What do I do? Just double click them again?

Now that i've started put a few of the ones i use a lot back in, nothing is showing.
If the new presets were added with LR open you must close and then reopen LR for them to show up.
Thank you so so much guys. Thats really nice of you to help. Sending good karma!
UR welcome. As an FYI when adding new presets, camera profiles (i.e. ColorChecker Passport), lens profiles, templates, and most Preferences settings changes you'll need to restart LR for them to appear.
