I work for an insurance agency and we recently switched management systems. We had over 1,000 documents that were in an editable PDF format on the old management system and when they transferred they are no longer editable. Is there a way to convert these back to a fallible format or do we have to re type all of them into the new system?
We currently are using the Acrobat Reader DC.

You need to establish exactly what happened to your files at a technical level. We can't make generic solutions to such a specific issue.
