Would suggest you to update your graphics card drivers from the manufacturer's site.

I meant manufacturer of the graphics card.
Now you've confused me again. Where do I find out who the manufacturer of the graphic card is?

This file is of Intel graphics card so, you should look for the latest graphics card drivers on the Intel website.
