I have an OS X Yosemite with a Safari web browser.  I am trying to update a flash player.  I have changed the password on all Adobe sites.  But when I try to log in to download the flash player, it does not allow me to do so.  It does not take the password.  This happened before about a month ago.  Please help as I need access to pic monkey for my business!

Hi,

This is the operating system prompting for the password, not Flash Player.  If you're an administrator user, use the username and password you use to log into your system.  See What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player?  for more assistance.
