    Adding titles within video

      Hi all,

I just got Adobe Premiere Elements 14 and I am trying to add a title or comment to video, without interrupting the video at all. I cannot figure this out... how do you do this?. Thanks.

Use the Title Tool in the Expert mode and put the title on Video 2.  Expand or contract it to match the primary clip below it.  The effect is that you will "see through" the title clip on Video 2 and see both the title and your video.  You can adjust the "transparency" of the title if you want.
