    Cancel my order

      I spent nearly 4hours today trying to get lr 6 installed.

      i paid $79 for the upgrade.  Got the order number and serial number via my email account.  I downloaded the Windows version and ran the installation and all was fine.  When I ran lr 6, a window asked me to log into my account which I tried to do but I got the message that the serial number could not be validated.  I restarted many times.  I "chatted" with so many folks overseas.  Oh, I fforgot to mention that that when I was in chat mode with the adobe, I was asked to try to run it again.  This time, while, chatting with Adobe, I got a message saying that I need to be connected to the Internet.  I guess I was chatting "telepathically" ranther than the Internet.


      Needless to say, I cannot validate my serial number, and after almost 4 hours of chatting, I said "fu_k it" and asked them to cancel the order but hey, guess what, that that can't be done for a few days.  I guess it's much easier to take my money than it is to give it back!
