I just purchased a Subscription for Creative Cloud, but when i download and try to activate by signing in, it says no subscription found and trail expired. i have a yearly subscription through my organization. i got a redemption code from them, it has been almost 24hours now. help me activate my product ?
Yes, I do see you have an active creative cloud membership under your account.
If creative cloud application showing as trial, first sign out and sign in back in the creative cloud desktop application with correct email address under which you have subscription registered.
