I already posted the question in the Lightroom Mobile community but didn't got any feedback for about 2 weeks, so I'll try my luck here.
As the question already says, I want to sync full resolution images to Lightroom Mobile.
I know about the 2560 pixel limitation on the long side of the image but it's not really clear for me why this is still in place.
Is there a way to turn this limitation off?
I now that with the latest update (2.2) Lightroom Mobile can sync full resolution images to the desktop but why not the other way around?
I really love the other Adobe apps, like Adobe Photoshop Fix (Mobile app) and Photoshop Mix (Mobile app) and I would really like to create compositions with my Lightroom Photos, but I would like to do this in full resolution.
So I would like to
So how should I adapt my workflow?
Currently if I want to use my full resolution images in Photoshop Fix / Mix / Adobe Comp I need to export them on my Mac putting them into another cloud storage like dropbox or iCloud drive and then import them into these apps, which is somewhat cumbersome.
Photoshop Mix,Fix and Comp CC currently do not support editing Full Res images.

Update to latest Lightroom mobile version iOS 2.3.1 (if using Apple device Adobe Photoshop Lightroom for iPad - Capture, Edit, Organize & Share Pictures on the App Store)
I can not even display photos in full resolution in Lightroom Mobile, even when I add the original full res jpgs manually.
It's so frustrating...
