    Testing my swf files

    Scubacam2002
I'm converting a video for a client to Flash for their website using After Effects. I need to test the file after exporting it and can't figure out how to do it. I have the Flash Plug In installed. I have never done this, (obviously). Your help would be appreciated. Testing SWF files

What is the file -- SWF, FLV?

Either embed the SWF (assuming SWF, here) in an HTML page, per the
instructions below, or open your browser and drag the SWF into the browser
          window.

I'm not going to repeat or gainsay advice already given, just going to add a side notes: Flash objects exported from After Efffects tend to be very large. You'd be better off to export a .mov, import it into flash, and create from there. You'll have more flexibility with it too. I understand you might not know flash, but just something to think about! The after effects problem was one of the problems that pushed me towards learning Flash.

            Cheers!
