During a recent update of LR CC (2015) it failed at about half way,
The error I received is as follows
Unable to extract downloaded files. Press 'Retry' to download files again.
I have tried pressing the Retry button but have had no success. It still fails at the same point at approximately 54% point and get the same error.
I have tried deleting all Temporary files using Disk Clean and still have not been successful.
I am using Windows 10.
I have been able to update'install all of my other Adobe application, thus, this issue appears only to be with LR
Could you please provide a ste by step instruction on how to rectify this error and enable me to upgrade LR as required.
