    Saving completed PDF forms on iPad


      We have a PDF form that we want sales managers to complete on their iPads for their sales reps. It is an evaluation form on their performance. Upon completion of the form, they need to save it as a separate version for each rep to be able to reference later. We are using the Adobe Reader app. Is there no way to save versioned PDFs, either within Reader with the other documents there, or to a cloud type of storage? I believe we're focusing on OneDrive as a company for storage.

      I have been all over the web, but have been unable to find any kind of clear answer.
