Would like to inform you may download the form on the device & then save it after filling the information representing for each individual .
Only this is the way using which you may fill the forms every individual .
YatharthS Where should the PDF be downloaded to and stored on the device?
And then, where is the option to "save/save as" within Adobe Reader to do so?
and those versions are saved to the device also?
What is the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed on the device?
You may also go through this online documentation Acrobat Reader Help for iOS: Managing files and folders
Tariq Dar It is version 16.04.05 (141508)
I didn't see anything in the online documentation that helped to be able to save out versions of the PDF to the device.
Need to be able to open the blank form template, type in a sales rep's info, then save out with their name as part of the file name...and repeat this process. Is this possible with Reader on an iPad, or do I need to look at another application?
The easiest way to save your file to OneDrive is to tap on the Share button at the bottom (while the document is open). It looks like this:
Then tap "Open In…", and then tap on the "Copy to OneDrive" icon (you might need to scroll to the right).
One note: this requires that the OneDrive app be installed on your iPad.

I have read your answer to another member about saving fillable forms. This is not what myself or the other person are trying to do. I also have a need to be able to SAVE the CLEAN copy of the editable form LOCALLY to the IPAD and then need to be able to SAVE AS the filled out form without overwriting the original form. BUT the FILLED IN form has to be saved locally to the device NOT to a cloud as in the field there is NO internet connectivity. JUST FYI before you tell me it can not be done NOTE that I did in fact do this by accident somehow and just can not replicate whatever i did and need to know how to do so. Please invest some time into this in your lab and let me know how you made it work. Thank you
