I have followed the instruction for the problem solving for the Creative Cloud not loading apps (Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel)But it still doesn't work. I have tried to contact Adobe but I get more spinning wheels as the gather some information. I have reinstalled Creative Cloud four times and muse more times than I can remember. I have paid for MUSE but I can't use it. Is there anybody that can help me please.
