I'm having trouble adding an aep file to the "add to adobe media queue" option. When I attempt to do it the AME software begins to launch but then it stops. The Ae version I'm using is CC 220.127.116.11. The AME version is CC 2015.2.
I'm using Windows 7 platform 64 bit operating system
I keep getting an error message that says "Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015.2 has stopped working" In the view problem details box is the information below:

Can someone help please?
What are your memory settings in AE?
What antivirus software are you running?
Have you double-checked to make sure AE, AME, and the Dynamic Link process are allowed on your firewall?
