Can you share your config.xml and a link to your PG Build APK (if you don't mind sharing)?
Hi, i solved the issue friend. It was happening because i was uploading all the files generate by phonegap desktop app of my App to github. The solution was to upload only the www folder and config.xml file. Thank you for your time.
Please I need great assistance in my app development. I used jquery mobile on Dreamweaver to develop my app and wanted to do two things.: To use adobe phonegap build to compile a test app for android and ios but I cannot seen to be able to upload the local site root folder to github after zipping it. I have set up all that is needed on github but when I upload and give phonegap build the repo url it says index.html not found. Can someone help pls?
In the top level of the zip file, you have to have the index.html. Note, the file extension. It needs .html not .htm which Windows often uses.
If want to share your repo url. we can take a look at the structure.
This is it. I also want to know if adobe phonegsp build will build both android, iOS, windows and BB apps from this same files I uploaded. I actually used dreamweaver jquery mobile to do the whole work.
Thanks for responding
A few things jumped out. I looked at your index.html. The file paths to several of your assets are incorrect based on the structure you have in your repo.
<link href="jquery-mobile/jquery.mobile-1.0a3.min.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"/>
but your jquery.mobile-1.0a3.min.css file is at the same directory as your index.html.
Also that is a very old version of jquery mobile. I would suggest updating it. Also I would look to replace the Spry library as well.
You are also missing a config.xml file that PhoneGap Build needs to generate your apps. Please see the PhoneGap Build site for more. You can download ConfiGAP to assist you in creating that file, from confgiap.com
Finally, PhoneGap Build no longer supports building for BlackBerry.
Good luck on the project,
