    Template

    dongle Community Member
      Hi,

I am trying to make the title, content & description areas editable on a template but have only succeeded in confusing myself. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

      Cheers

Create a new page. Save it as a template with FILE | Save as Template....
Look at the code. Make the head region of your template have the same
editable regions as this new one does. That'll take care of the title. In
the future, make sure you always save your template files this way when you
          first create them.

As for the content and description areas, what problems are you having?

            Murray,

Many thanks for the swift reply.

I have located an article from dreamweavermx-templates.com that I will try later. I guess it is just down to syntax & inserting the templateparams in the right place.

            Cheers

Could certainly be that. But, why not show me your page as it is now, and
tell me what you are trying to accomplish?
