On Managing my team -
I get this.
There is no account manager. There is no phone number to call. There is no Chat. There is no way to open a Support Ticket for help.
What there is: an endless circle of the Adobe website without ever getting anything resolved; and EXTREME FRUSTRATION. I don't have time to waste on a BS website then sends me in endless circles.
According to Manage my account, the last payment was on April 28, 2016, so how can there be a payment issue to resolve?
All I want to do is add another user and get them going with Adobe. I've now wasted approximately 5 hours in 3-4 different days trying to figure this out. Maybe, just maybe, I'll get a response to this by some one at Adobe who will help. I won't hold my breath on this, though......
