I am getting the same error message. I have not been able to use this feature at all.
InDesign is out with a latest release recently. It has some related improvements.
Please update your application and then try to publish your document.
I am also experiencing the same issue. The Creative Cloud is saying the system is up to date. It is a 64 bit Windows 10 Laptop.
Update: Just tried again and it now works. Strange but true. Not sure what the issue was. But no further action required.
!I am having the same error #67 error message and not able to publish. HELP! Is there an answer out there that will help? I've uninstalled and then reinstalled inDesign and it still won't work. Any help will be very much appreciated as I am under a deadline for releasing this publication.
Please follow following steps. hopefully, it will resolve you
1. Quit InDesign.
2. Sign out of creative cloud desktop app.
3. Re-launch Creative Cloud desktop App.
4. Sign-in again.
5. Lunch InDesign. Try publishing.
If in case you are not sure all the processes are killed properly, please restart your machine.
Also, confirm me if it works.
I'm having the same issue (I'm on a mac, latest OS and latest CC). Signing out and in again and rebooting did not help. What is causing this? I have used Publish to web without problems few days ago, and now suddenly it displays this error?

I just updated to the new InDesign CC 2017 and this issue persists. I'd say the online publishing works about 10% of the time for me. It used to work more and the log out/in trick would fix it for a period, but that no longer works.
I am having the same issue....tried everything...update..rebooting, restarting, shutdown, logging out....and still get the same error. HELP!
