    payment failed whereas I have no trouble with my bank card


      Hi there,


      Adobe sent me a message where they say that my payment failed for this month. They ask me to pay with an another card of check with my bank because they didn't recognize the informations of my bank card. I checked with my bank and there is no trouble with my bank card or my bank account. This trouble happened twice, last month and this month. Last month I payed with an another card but this month I don't want to pay with another again because my bank card works very well ! Is there someone else in this situation ? Otherwise I would like to call Adobe but I didn't find the possibility to call them for this specific trouble.


      I need to use my Creative cloud abonnement to work so it's an emergency
