I accepted an email invite sent to me from my school, but my creative cloud access still expired. They won't resend the invite because it's already accepted on my account, but every time I log into creative cloud, it tells me I have to pay. How can I fix this?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
