    Renew your subscription error


      My CC subscription is stuck in this "Renew your subscription" error loop. I contacted support and one agent said they would resolve the issue in 24-hours. 24-hours later and it's not resolved. Now, they're saying 2-3 business days. How is this acceptable for a professional product? How am I supposed to get work done if I can't use the software I pay for? I'm sure people who pirate this software don't have these problems. So... what's the solution to this?
