I have a full Adobe CC subscription yet for some reason Lightroom Mobile tells me that my trial has expired and won't allow me to log in. I have logged out and in of both Lightroom and CC. I called the phone support line and was told I had to go to the forums as they don't support mobile apps which I find strange as Lightroom is not really a mobile app. Please help soon. I'm a photographic educator and I need to teach a class on Lightroom Mobile this summer which will be difficult if I can't log in.
Please let us know the Creative cloud subscription you own, is it Student & Teacher Edition.
