    Creative cloud not opening, have re-activated yearly payment plan


      When opening Creative Cloud it does not open. I have to open photoshop for it to pop up. It then says 'please wait for a moment...' and nothing happens. I have re-activated my yearly payment plan and it still does not work. How can i resolve this? I don't want to be paying for it if it is not going to open.
