I think the period at the end of the path is what's tripping up MacOS X. Try entering
~/Library/Logsin the Go to the folder dialog - that should open the Logs folder, where you can find the PDApp.log file.
I looked at the log and it appears that the Creative Cloud desktop app is having trouble connecting to the Creative Cloud Servers.
In this case the best advice is to run the cleaner script and re-install the CC desktop app, please follow the steps out described here: Run the CC Cleaner Tool for Mac OS
After cleaning the machine please re-install, following the steps here:
