Something seems to be "stuck". I would try to repair the Acrobat installation. You can find the "Repair" function in Acrobat's "Help" menu. Does that fix this problem?
its not help
I already try
I removed all adobe products from computer
I install Reader(save as options work OK)
I install DC Std - and again Save As not working
If removing Acrobat does not fix the problem, then there is still one more step you can take: Remove Acrobat and Reader again, and then run Adobe's "Cleaner" to remove anything related to Acrobat or Reader that survived the uninstall process. You can download the "Cleaner" application form here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Once that is done, just install Acrobat again.
Thanks, I will try
unfortunately its still not work
in some reason i cant change setup Uncheck "Show online storage when saving files"
Maybe you know where in computer registry(regedit) i can change this setup
Thank you for your help
i not see option for Save as
this is just for this options:
bAdobeSendPluginToggle Toggles the Adobe Send and Track plugin for Outlook bToggleAdobeDocumentServices Disables all service access except those features controlled by the other preferences. bToggleAdobeSign Disables Adobe Send for Signature (formerly EchoSign). bTogglePrefsSync Disables preferences synchronization. bToggleWebConnectors Disables 3rd party connectors. bUpdater Disables both updates to the product's web-plugin components as well as all services.
Sorry about that, I thought these two were covered in the article too. Here are the two keys for the open and save related preferences:
These are for "Reader", but you should find the same keys under "Acrobat":
HKCU\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\AVGeneral\bToggleCustomOpenExperience HKCU\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\AVGeneral\bToggleCustomSaveExperience
If I remember correctly, when these are set to "1", the feature is off.
Thx, I will try
BIG BIG Thanks
all working perfect
