We purchased Adobe TechnicalSuit 5.0 WIN, two years ago. Last week the product was working, with no issues. We started receiving a message to enter the serial number or the continue using the trial version. We are entering the serial number that came with the product and it's not working. How can we resolve this issue?

Thanks ProDesignTools. I finally located the correct email for TCS 5.0 ( Customer Care). I provide them with the serial number, order number and error message. They were able to help me. Thanks.
