So when I go to my apps section I am unable to access them because of a "Download error."
I have searched and I cannot find the solution, I have re downloaded and uninstalled all of my adobe applications but still get the same error.

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?
Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems
Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

-try some steps such as changing browsers and turning off your firewall
-also flush your browser cache so you are starting with a fresh browser
