We ordered Adobe Acrobat DC Standard and installed it and it worked great, afterwards we upgraded to Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
The serial Number is different and there is not an upgrade place to input the code, so we removed the standard software and installed the software with the Pro Code. however it still stays standard. How do we get Pro installed and working?
The software/installer is the same actually, but it switches between Pro or Standard depending on which you bought...
Try signing out / deactivating the software via the Help menu, and then quit & restart the program and reactivate it from the same place.
