    Unable to Cancel Plan


      I am currently paying monthly for the Adobe Photoshop Plan. Recently, I had to downgrade from Windows 10 back to Windows 7 as there was a problem with my wifi. When I downgraded back to Win 7, I lost all my programs and files including Photoshop. Now there are no products showing in my adobe account therefore, I am unable to cancel my plan.


      Frustratingly, I can't seem to find a way of contacting support either! If anyone here would be kind enough to help me or maybe point me in the right direction so I can contact support about this it would be much appreciated. I've hardly used the plan since it began so it's just money down the drain each month really.
