However, if you are paying the subscription, you can (if you already dont) download the Creative Cloud desktop app and from there you would be able to re-download and install photoshop. The main thing is that you must be logged in with the CC account that has the subscription.
Thanks for getting back to me. The problem I'm having contacting support in the way you've suggested is for help with Photoshop, it has a phone crossed out and no option to use any another method of contact? I had already tried this and read the help articles, but have tried again anyway, same problem.
Thanks for your suggestion and the contact number. I will wait for Tanusree's response before I try anything else though. I had wondered about trying to download it again, but thought I better contact support first.
