Assuming you're on a Windows machine, try uninstalling the program. (You won't lose any work in progress.) Then run CCleaner, a free download.
Then reinstall the program. It might be best to turn off your antivirus software when reinstalling and checking for an update -- especially if you're using an antivirus other than Windows 10 Defender.
Thanks Steve for your recommandations. I made this but no result, it is strange that the program version 14.0 works correctly but that the update is impossible?

You can always uninstall the program and then download the latest version from the Adobe site. Your serial number should work with it.
The latest version will either include the 14.1 update or should have no problems downloading it.
If it still doesn't work, then something on your system (antivirus, firewall, etc.) is blocking it.
Yesterday I made the download elements 14 and it is still the 14.0 version that comes.
I will wait for the 14.1 version. Otherwise I will examine my computer seriously.
In the mean time I use the 14.0 program.
