I know this likely is the correct platform but I am looking for a little advice on email footers and managing them.
I have a client who would like a new standardised email footer for their staff with separate icons linked to their social media accounts etc.
Is there software to allow me to build / centrally manage the email footers? I am guessing it will have to be done in HTML which is something I don't have experience of.

What application are they using? Outlook, webmail, etc.?
thanks for the reply. Some outlook 2010, some 2016, most 2013 but some field workers are on pop3 accounts!
I did a quick Google search for "custom managed email footers" and got quite a few hits. Should be easy to find
