Really disappointed in the Stock through Adobe. Was forced to go from what we had to this. Picture quality is not at all like the previous program. Can't tell what size the picture is until you purchase it and I need it for covers and 3 inches at 72 pixels doesn't cut it. Very Very disappointed and aggravated.
Could you please provide the image ID of the image that you are having trouble with?
All images once they are licensed are 300 dpi. The image details page for each image tells you the dimensions in pixels. Just divide by 300 and you have your size in inches. If they are vector (.ai) images they do not have a dpi as they can be scaled as high or low as you want in Illustrator.
As you can see in the screenshot below, the dimensions are 4365 x 4015 so the image size would be 14.55in x 13.4in.
Preview images are all at 72dpi.
Be sure you are downloading the images properly after licensing: I've downloaded my 10 free images and they all have the Adobe watermark on them, so I can't use them. Why do they have a watermark on them?
