We can see that, you have purchased Adobe Stock video that is lying under license left to be used.
Can we please try the steps listed here:
- Clearing "cookies" and "cached images and files" and then log back in to stock.adobe.com.
- Kindly go to your License History, click on that licensed Video and click Save to Computer . This would save that image to your "Downloads" folder.

My original question above should have shown you that I have already looked at your troubleshooting advice FAQs. There is still nothing showing in my licence history.
However the link to download to computer is working today, it was not working yesterday and instead said 'payment error'.
