    InDesign color space difference

    huntr- Level 1

Ok, honestly, I'm not sure how to explain this, but let's give it a go.

I have one indesign project, a portrait A4 booklet, and in addition to this project, I want to have a landscape A4 booklet.

So, I've been working on the portrait A4 booklet for a few days and the colors look like they're supposed to.

And today I started working on the landscape A4 booklet, imported the same background as used in the portrait document, BUT, the colors look totally different....

In the portrait one, the dark gray/black/white looks normal, but in the landscape project, the background colors look more red toned...

I had a look at the color settings to make sure I'm using the same color space for both projects:

      Texture1.PNGTexture2.PNG

The normal one                                      The reddish one

When exporting, both of them look exactly the same, it's just that the working space is different, and it's annoying. And I want to make sure the end result are the same, no matter what, as I will be sending these to be printed by a company.

Does anyone have a clue why this is happening?

      Thanks in advance!
