"Adobe Flash Player Update" pop-up

This Adobe Player Update pop-up message ALWAYS shows up on the game "SPARTA", on facebook, and it messes with the game. I've tried to update SEVERAL times, and it says it's already updated! Yet this stupid pop-up keeps happening. How can I stop it!!! TY

Using the browser you were using when you got the update notification, go to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click the Check Now button.  What is the resulting system information?  Flash Player 21.0.0.242 is the current latest version.  If this version isn't installed, using the same browser, go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download and install the latest version.  If this version is installed, please go to the SPARTA game.  When the update notification displays, take a screenshot and post it in your reply.  Also include the operating system and browser, including version, you are using.
