    "Renew Your Subscription' error

      Previously I have been seeing the message of the countdown to end  my subscription and I had updated my payment details since then. On the next day the same message still recurring and I contacted the customer care to inform them the same and I was afraid to not being able to use the apps at some point. They asked to sign out from the app manager and sign in again which I did but still occurringScreen Shot 2016-05-18 at 4.30.18 PM.png.


      Today that the apps are totally can't be opened has just turned me mad that I have been avoiding this to happen and I have tried to get help as much as possible but nothing has worked and yet many other has the same issue. it doesn't seems that Adobe has taken a serious action towards this and I dont want to have the same stressful time waiting like this poor gentleman who waited for 6 weeks to fix.





      I just need my apps back. Please help!
