    Interactive animations in HTML5

Hi everyone. What Adobe software is best for creating interactive animations that will work on iOS? I can't write ActionScript so am hoping there is a solution out there. For example, the output on iOS I'd want is to touch down onto a wheel on the screen that rotates one way or the other as you swipe left and right. Thanks.

you can do that with animate pro but you'll need to use some (easeljs/javascript) coding.

You can't use Animate to make a pure Javascript iOS app, there would at least have to be an AS3 shell app, that would show a web view, that would show your HTML5. There is a lot of pain in doing that, and many things that HTML5 Canvas cannot do that AS3 can. Also you have a lot of problems with getting sound to work well.

AS3 can be identical to Javascript doing the same task. If you know Javascript you should think about learning AS3, enough at least to do what you planned to do in Javascript. You don't have to learn all of the other things AS3 could do for you.
