I subscribed on offer about a creative cloud, I have the order code but no message from Adobe!
impossible to find ways to communicate direct to adobe, I had to write here.
it's easier than I speak with nasa!!!
just to know if I able now to use creative cloud or not! so I can sleep better if I get answer from them!
this is not so:
in my profile there is no order, the help page is a loop, there is no direct contact with the customer service, or is not visible.
I managed to speak in chat with customer care but they have failed to solve my problem.
I am really disappointed by their inability. incredible!!!!!!!!
