You are using the 750 images/month plan in which images do not carry forward for the next month.
It only occurs for the 10 images/month plan.
So we lose the credits forever. Fine. So we get charged $1000 if we cancel early because we do not agree with the policy? Better yet. Needless to say you do not have a happy customer at this point.

I can see from your records the images have not been carried forward.
Please check your account, i have credited images to your account.
Your images will rollover on your monthly renewal date. Please check back after May 26th.
