If that does not help, could you please share the diagnostic logs via PM so that we can check further?
Follow these steps to collect the logs:
- Open Lightroom Mobile application
- Click on the LR icon on top left:
- Press and hold the Lr icon on top left that mentions your Adobe ID and click on Generate Diagnostic Log
- Email them to yourself so that you have them on desktop and then, share with me via PM
